			Customers will receive a Welcome Letter outlining all necessary information on how to obtain their Call Detail.  If Call Detail is requested, there will be a $3 fee for this service.
	Customer Restrictions
			The Company reserves the right to move a Customer on this plan to an alternative plan if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Customer’s usage on the plan does not resemble typical residential usage
			Customers must presubscribed to Clear World Communications Corporation for both intraLATA and interLATA long distance services.
			This plan cannot be used for any use inconsistent with residential service.
			This plan is not available to Customers with a multi-line account or an account that bills to another number or is the recipient of charges billed from another number unless the Customer establishes separate billing accounts for each line.
			Customer lines associated with educational institutions, (colleges, universities, ect.) are not eligible for this plan. Student lines billed separately from the educational institution will be eligible for this service.
			Unlimited plan usage does not include calls used for general business purposes, multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, international calling, commercial facsimile, auto-dialing, call centers and/or direct telemarketing centers. Calls to Residential Toll-Free accounts are not included in this Unlimited plan.
			In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customer meets these eligibility requirements. Customers who no longer meet these eligibility requirements will not be eligible for this plan and without prior notice will be placed on an alternative plan or will have their service suspended, restricted or canceled.
			The monthly rate for this plan does not include applicable taxes, surcharges or fees

			Customers failing to pay the MRC will result in calls being billed at CWC standard rates through the local telephone company.  CWC reserves the right to disconnect any customer who is delinquent in their payments of over 60 days.
